We are successful African American men of faith with respect for our community and a belief we can improve our future, by providing time, guidance and assistance for young (13-22 yrs old) men of color to effect positive change in our community.
We are leaders with an appreciation of what we have learned and accomplished. We aspire to create a sustainable community worthy of honoring those who have come before us. Our measure of success is in the achievements of young men of color: where every young male of color graduates high school (at a minimum), has access to a mentor and has viable employment opportunities.
As men of color, we know it is difficult to navigate life. We believe in sharing what we have learned to help others on their own journey of life. We value giving back as a key component of a spiritually satisfying life, as well as laying a solid foundation for strengthening our community.
